Hey there Savvy Followers,

So I’ve been on a health journey since January which has my body feeling and looking great! At the start of April, I incorporated “Hey Fran Hey’s” challenge with a few adjustments that are suitable for my never ending schedule. With that said, I work out for 1 hour, 3 times a week and I have been drinking 2+ liters of water a day. Eating healthy has never been an issue for me but drinking adequate amounts of water has always been, so thats been my main challenge. I’m on the 3rd week of her challenge and it’s been a rough journey, trying to keep track of my water intake and resisting my juice and smoothie cravings, but it has been worth it already. The first week, I was peeing like a pregnant woman, lol. By the second week I was getting the craziest cravings… craving SODA, which I don’t drink at all but at this point, I think my body and my mind is beginning to get used to just having water as my liquid intake. Overall, the end result will benefit my mind, body, skin, and of course, my hair :)
